本文阐述全高波导双柱结构的X波段变容管电调固态源的设计和实验结果.设计分析建立在波导柱结构的等效耦合网络基础上,该耦合网络的网络参数同几何结构尺寸和频率的关系由矩形波导的并矢Green函数导出. 已研制成连续电调带宽达1000MHz,输出功率达100mW,带内功率起伏小于1dB的X波段电调固态源.此设计方法已推广到类似结构的其他波段的电调固态源. 该固态源已成功地应用于FM-CW雷达、微波散射计、噪声调频干扰信号源、捷变本振源等方面.
In this paper, the design and experimental results of X-band varactor potentiometers with full-wave guide double-column structure are described.The design and analysis are based on the equivalent coupling network of waveguide columns with the same network parameters as the geometry size and frequency Is derived from the parallel vector of rectangular waveguides and has been developed as an X-band electrospun solid state source with a continuous electrical transfer bandwidth of 1000MHz, an output power of 100mW and an in-band power fluctuation of less than 1dB.
