改革开放以来,中国社会发生了伟大的变革,特别是对外开放,基层党校教师也面临着重重挑战,不仅要加强自身原有知识储备,更要学习新鲜事物。随着社会的变革和国际国内政治形势的不断变化,中国改革开放的进一步深化,党的工作重心的转移,党校的教学工作面临着繁重而复杂的任务。新课题接踵而至,新任务不断涌现,这给党校教师的教学、科研等带来了巨大的压力与挑战,所以,作为党校教师必须不断地提高自身素质,提升能力水平。
Since the reform and opening up, great changes have taken place in Chinese society. In particular, opening up to the outside world, teachers in grass-roots party schools are also faced with numerous challenges. They not only need to strengthen their existing knowledge reserves but also learn new things. With the social changes and the constant changes in the political situation both at home and abroad, the further deepening of China’s reform and opening up and the shift in the party’s work center of gravity, the teaching work at the Party School faces the arduous and complicated task. New issues come one after another, and new tasks continue to emerge. This has brought tremendous pressure and challenges to the teaching and scientific research of party school teachers. Therefore, as a party school teacher, we must constantly improve our own quality and enhance our ability.
