通过研究铌的沉淀强化及其对奥氏体晶粒粗化行为的影响,并结合扫描电子显微镜分析,揭示加热过程中铌在弹簧钢60Si2MnANb中的固溶规律。结果表明,当Nb含量为0.022%时,弹簧钢的晶粒粗化温度提高了150℃,并具有明显的沉淀强化作用;铌迅速大量固溶的开始温度为1100℃,完全固溶温度为1250~1300℃,其比晶粒粗化温度高150~200℃。
By studying the precipitation strengthening of niobium and its effect on the austenite grain coarsening behavior, combined with the scanning electron microscopy analysis, the solution rule of niobium in spring steel 60Si2MnANb was revealed. The results show that when Nb content is 0.022%, the grain coarsening temperature of spring steel is increased by 150 ℃, and the precipitation hardening effect is obvious. The initial solid solution temperature of niobium is 1100 ℃ and the solution temperature is 1250 ~ 1300 ℃, which is 150 ~ 200 ℃ higher than the grain coarsening temperature.
