前工信部部长李毅中:很多工业企业搞房地产去了忧心!规模以上工业企业的利润增长是12.2%,这个成绩非常不错,但打开一看,里面存在很多问题。这个12.2%的利润中,主营业务带来的利润只增长了4%。去年人民币各项贷款余额同比增长14.1%,很多规模以上的工业企业都搞房地产去了。为什么?因为企业干主业划不来。这就是资金“脱实向虚”的问题,民间资本不愿意进入实体经济,工业企业不搞自己的主业.这是非常危险的。
