该文基于苏通大桥钢箱梁预制阶段几何形态数据采集的需要,对几何形态采集基准网进行了优化设计。从分析箱梁预制基准网的质量指标及设计类别出发,采用基准相似变换进行了基准设计;采用基于Taylor级数的一二类联合优化设计方法,对网形连接进行了优化设计,得出了具有实际指导价值的优化方案,为各轮钢箱梁预制几何形态数据采集提供了可靠的基准。
Based on the need of geometric shape data acquisition of steel box girder of Sutong Bridge in the prefabrication stage, the paper optimized the geometric network of reference grid. Based on the analysis of quality index and design category of box girder prefabricated reference net, the datum design was carried out by using datum similarity transformation. Based on one or two joint optimization design methods based on Taylor series, the mesh connection was optimized, The optimization scheme with practical guidance value provides a reliable benchmark for the prefabricated geometrical data acquisition of each round of steel box girder.
