硝酸盐极易在叶菜类蔬菜体内积累,过量摄取硝酸盐对人体健康存在威胁。光照是植物硝酸盐积累的重要影响因子,试验以光杆茼蒿为试材,研究不同遮光强度(100%、70%、50%、30%自然光)对其生长过程中硝酸盐积累的影响,旨在为叶菜类蔬菜安全生产提供理论依据。结果表明,遮光强度越强,硝酸盐积累越多,叶绿素、根系活力和硝酸还原酶活性越低。因此在实际生产中,改善光照条件是关键,必要时可进行人工补光来降低蔬菜硝酸盐含量。
Nitrate can easily accumulate in leafy vegetables, excessive intake of nitrate on human health threats. Light is an important factor of nitrate accumulation in plants. The effects of different shading intensities (100%, 70%, 50%, 30% natural light) on the accumulation of nitrate in the growth of the plants were studied with the aim of Provide theoretical basis for leafy vegetable safety production.
