牛西西又名土大黄,牛舌草、野菠菜。为蓼科酸模属植物,全国各地均有分布,根供药用,是一种民间止血药。北京、天津、河北和青海等地区曾将牛西西用于临床。实践证明对子宫功能性出血、肺结核喀血、鼻衄、消化道出血和血小板减少症等确有较好的效果,因此对其止血成分进行了研究。实验材料系天津市郊区产,经鉴定为河北酸模Rumex japonicus Houtt.var.hadroo-carpus(Rech.f.)A.J.Li的根。我们提取了粗大黄酚(夹杂少量大黄素甲醚),药理实验对小鼠和家兔的凝血略有促进作用,对出血时间效果不明显,临床观
Niu Xixi is also known as rhubarb, Buglossa, and spinach. As a plant belonging to the genus Poaceae, it is distributed throughout the country and is used for medicinal purposes. It is a folk hemostatic agent. In areas such as Beijing, Tianjin, Hebei and Qinghai, Niu Xixi was used clinically. Practice has proved that it has a good effect on uterine bleeding, pulmonary tuberculosis, epistaxis, gastrointestinal bleeding, and thrombocytopenia. Therefore, its hemostatic components were studied. The experimental material was produced in the suburbs of Tianjin and was identified as the root of the Hebei sour model Rumex japonicus Houtt.var.hadroo-carpus (Rech.f.) A.J.Li. We extracted crude rhubarb (containing a small amount of rhubarb methyl ether). Pharmacological experiments slightly promote coagulation in mice and rabbits. The effect on bleeding time is not obvious.
