本实验是研究我院自制的“骨质增生丸”的非特异性抗炎作用。全文分三部分。 第一部分:用60只大白鼠对“骨质增生丸复方”水醇法提取液的抗炎作用进行研究,并与醋酸氢化可地松进行比较。结果表明复方提取液对“炎性肉芽囊”有明显的抗增生和抗渗出作用,与醋酸氢化可的松作用对比,其抗增生作用与可的松相近,抗渗出作用则低于可的松组。 笫二部分:用260只大鼠分别研究复方中七味中药的提取液对“炎性肉芽囊”的抗炎效应,结果表明熟地、寸云两味中药的抑制增生和抗渗出效应最为稳定。 第三部分:用91只大鼠观察“熟地、寸云小复方”提取液的抗炎效应,并与“骨质增生丸复方”进行比较,结果表明“熟地、寸云小复方”与“骨质增生丸复方”的效果无明显差别。 作者对“骨质增生丸复方”和“熟地,寸云小复方”的疗效原理进行了初步探讨。
This experiment is to study the non-specific anti-inflammatory effects of the homemade “bone marrow hyperplasia pill” in our hospital. The full text is divided into three parts. The results showed that the two herbs, Rehman and Cun, had the most stable effects of inhibiting proliferation and anti-bleeding. Part III: Observing the anti-inflammatory effects of extracts of “Rehmannia and Cunxiaoxiaofang” with 91 rats and comparing them with “Qiaozhisheng Pill Compound”. The results showed that “Rehmannia, Coptis Compound” and “Bone There was no significant difference in the effect of ”Quality-proliferative pill compound.“ The authors conducted a preliminary discussion on the principle of curative effect of ”Qiaozhisheng Pill Compound“ and ”Reason, Cunyunxiao compound".
