通过问卷调查,发现浙江女企业家对经济发展做出了贡献,但其经营的企业在转型升级中面临资源紧缺、人才匮乏等问题,原因是多方面的。由此提出了浙江女企业家参与经济转型升级的基本路径:走内外销并举、精细化管理、创自主品牌、发展高端产品之路等。同时,围绕如何促进浙江女企业家参与经济转型升级,就政府创造条件、妇联搭建平台、女企业家自身努力等方面提出了对策建议。
Through the questionnaire survey, we found that Zhejiang women entrepreneurs have contributed to the economic development. However, the enterprises they run are faced with such problems as shortage of resources and lack of qualified personnel in the process of transformation and upgrading. There are many reasons for this. Thus put forward the Zhejiang women entrepreneurs to participate in the basic path of economic restructuring and upgrading: both domestic and foreign sales, fine management, creating their own brands, the development of high-end products and so on. At the same time, some countermeasures and suggestions are put forward on how to promote Zhejiang women entrepreneurs’ participation in economic restructuring and upgrading, on the conditions for the government to create, the establishment of the Women’s Federation, and the efforts of women entrepreneurs themselves.
