本文对外生菌根真菌——厚环乳牛肝菌(Suillus grevillei(Kl.)Sing.)8001菌株的发酵条件进行了研究。其中培养基初始pH以4.5～5.6为宜,装液量选为150ml/50ml三角瓶,该菌株不需要特殊的碳源和氮源。14L发酵罐液体深层发酵结果表明,8001菌株具有发酵周期短、生长迅速、易于工业化生产等特点。本研究为外生菌根菌剂的大规模工业化生产提供了理论依据。
In this paper, the fermentation conditions of the ectomycorrhizal fungus, Suillus grevillei (Kl.) Sing.) 8001 were studied. The initial pH of medium was 4.5-5.6, and the volume of liquid was 150ml / 50ml. The strain did not need special carbon source and nitrogen source. The results of liquid deep fermentation in 14L fermentor showed that strain 8001 has the characteristics of short fermentation period, rapid growth and easy industrial production. This study provides a theoretical basis for the large-scale industrial production of ectomycorrhizal fungi agents.
