本文将国内关于独立董事制度与公司经营绩效关系的实证研究在不同阶段的结论做一个梳理,以加深对该问题的认识,推动我国独立董事制度的发展。
In this paper, the domestic empirical research on the relationship between independent directors and the company’s operating performance is reviewed in different stages to deepen the understanding of the issue and promote the development of independent director system in our country.
