随着社会的发展,职业教育也经历了不被重视到被重视的过程。特别是近几年技术人才的缺乏与学术人才的饱和,更多的家长希望自己的孩子拥有一项技能,靠技术吃饭。就目前的情况来看,职业技术教育前景良好,这也就导致职业技术教育机构遍地开花。但是总体说来,职业技校学生一般整体素质比较差,学习积极性不高,极容易受社会不良风气影响。这就要求技工学校的班主任就积极开展好班级文化建设,为学生营造一个良好的学习与成长、锻炼的环境。本文主要针对技工学校中的班级文化建设现状及存在的问题进行深入分析,进一步探讨班级文化建设的出路与途径。
With the development of society, vocational education has also undergone a process of neglect to be valued. Especially in recent years, lack of skilled personnel and academic talent saturation, more parents want their children have a skill, rely on technology to eat. In view of the current situation, there is a good prospect of vocational and technical education, which has led to the popularization of vocational and technical education institutions. However, as a whole, vocational and technical school students are generally poor in overall quality and less motivated in learning. They are highly vulnerable to social unfriendly influences. This requires technical school teachers to actively carry out good class culture, for students to create a good learning and growth, exercise environment. This article mainly analyzes the status quo and existing problems of class culture construction in technical schools and further explores ways and means of class culture construction.
