采用层压工艺制备了环氧树脂/芳纶纤维复合材料板,对复合材料板用12.7 mm弹道枪1.1 g碎片模拟弹进行抗弹测试。在弹击的相邻区域取样,测试弹击点附近材料拉伸性能和弯曲性能的变化,研究弹击对复合材料结构性能的影响。结果表明,弹击对环氧树脂/芳纶纤维复合材料的拉伸和弯曲性能有不同程度的影响,相对于拉伸性能,弯曲性能的下降幅度更大。相对于离弹击区域最远的部位,材料离弹击区域最近的部位拉伸强度和拉伸弹性模量分别降低了14.6%和6.4%,弯曲强度和弯曲弹性模量分别降低了45.3%和57.3%。距离弹击点30~60 mm外的区域,材料结构性能基本不受影响。
Epoxy resin / aramid fiber composite plate was prepared by lamination process, and the composite plate was subjected to the anti-ballistic test with a fragment of 1.1 g of 12.7 mm ballistic gun. Sampling was conducted in the adjacent areas of the projectile to test the changes of the tensile properties and the bending properties of the material near the projectile point of impact. The influence of the projectile on the structural properties of the composite was studied. The results show that the impact of shots on the tensile and bending properties of the epoxy / aramid fiber composites to varying degrees, compared with the tensile properties, the bending properties of a greater decline. The tensile strength and tensile modulus decreased by 14.6% and 6.4%, the flexural strength and flexural modulus decreased by 45.3% and 57.3%. From the shot point 30 ~ 60 mm outside the area, the basic performance of the material structure is not affected.
