应用体视学原理分析了随机分布短纤维复合材料的强度.假定均匀长度的短纤维在三维空间呈随机定向、均匀分散分布状态,则复合材料断裂带内短纤维的作用可以用大量纤维几何排布的统计特性描述.提出的模型修正了适用于连续长纤维增强复合材料的复合法则,建立了纤维拔出与拉断的统一表达式.理论分析与实验结果有较好的一致性.
The principle of stereology was used to analyze the strength of randomly distributed short fiber composites. Assuming uniform short staple fiber randomly oriented in three-dimensional space, uniform dispersion distribution, the role of short fibers in the composite fracture zone can be described with a large number of statistical properties of fiber geometry. The proposed model amends the composite law applicable to continuous long-fiber reinforced composites and establishes a unified expression of fiber pull-out and pull-off. The theoretical analysis and experimental results have good consistency.
