国家发展和改革委员会主任马凯 4月 2 7日指出 ,当前中国经济发展正处在一个重要关口 ,搞好经济运行调节 ,是保持经济平稳较快发展的迫切需要 ,是弥补市场机制缺陷的必然要求 ,更是实现当前与长远发展相统一的有效途径。他强调 ,当前必须着力解决好以下四个关系大局的问题 :—
