目前治疗高血压病的药物很多,总归起来分三大类。即利尿剂、交感神经抑制剂和血管扩张剂:由于高血压病的类型及病情很复杂,加之无论哪类降压药仅限于降低高血压状态,而不能根治高血压。因此,多数病人需要长期服药治疗。为提高疗效,减少药物剂量从而减少付作用,在高血压病治疗方案中多采取不同类型的降压药物联合使用,而利尿剂常是联合用药的基础。
