在智能电网的背景下,分析了配电网信息流及智能配电网信息支持技术,基于多代理理论,依托Web Services网络技术结构,统一了配电网信息系统的层次结构,整合了配电网中的各个子系统资源,构建了多中心智能配电网信息系统框架,并对各中心功能进行了介绍,为智能配电网信息系统建设提供了可操作的方案。
