四环素族为临床常用的广谱抗菌素,包括金霉素、土霉素、四环素、去甲基氯四环素(demethylchlortetracycline)和6-甲烯氧四环素(6-methyleneoxytetracycline)等。后两者系新制剂,其效力较强,化学性质稳定。服用这些药物最常见的副作用有胃肠道刺激症状,口咽部粘膜的炎症反应,二重感染(细菌或霉菌)等。关于这类抗菌素的抗合成代谢作用,以及服用过期、变质的制剂引起一时性肾曲管功能不全是近年才被注意到的新问题。兹搜集有关文献,作一简介,提供参考。
Tetracyclines are clinically used broad-spectrum antibiotics, including chlortetracycline, oxytetracycline, tetracycline, demethylchlortetracycline and 6-methyleneoxytetracycline. The latter two new agents, its effectiveness, chemical stability. The most common side effects of taking these drugs are gastrointestinal irritation, inflammation of the oropharyngeal mucosa, double infection (bacteria or mold), and more. Anti-anabolic effects of this class of antibiotics, as well as taking expired, spoilage preparations caused by transient renal tubule dysfunction is only a new issue that has been noticed in recent years. I hereby collect relevant documents, make an introduction and provide reference.
