患者男性,35岁,已婚,住院号3359。于1965年11月19号晚6点因便秘服酚酞(每片0.1克)片0.2克,约20分钟后手脚发痒和刺痛,身上发冷、心慌、头晕及恶心,影响睡眠。三个小时后发现手、脚皮肤变红色。二天来病情逐渐加重,口干、张口疼痛不适,饮食欠佳,全身发痒、发热,手脚疼痛,活动受限,全身皮肤有紧张感。未曾在当地治疗而于21号入本院治疗。既往有胃十二指肠溃疡病8年,对氨基比林、阿斯匹林及巴比妥类均有过敏史。入院检查:发育营养中等,表情痛苦,体温38℃,鼻及口腔粘膜干燥,下唇皮肤约有1.5×4Cm大小的疱疹后暗红色干痂,两侧手
