2006年2月8日——9日,全省水利局长会议在舒城县龙河口水库召开。会议指出：“十一五”是我省实现奋力崛起的关键时期,是全面建设小康社会承前启后的重要阶段,也是加快安徽水利发展进程的重要机遇期。全省水利工作必须以科学发展观为统领,以全面建设小康社会为目标,以确保防洪减灾、供水安全为重点,全面提升水利社会管理与公共服务水平,为构建和谐安徽提供强有力的支撑和保障。
