近年来,国内外又有不少资料报导地质试样中少量、微量元素的X荧光光谱测定方法。本文在岩石中11个主元素测定方法的基础上,用同一熔融片进行微量元素的测定,避免了重新制备试样。另外还采用粉末压片以满足不需做主元素时对部分少量、微量元素的测定要求,降低了制样的成本。本文着重介绍适应PW1400软件功能的谱线迭次干扰校正和基体效应校正,制定了用两种制样方式,均能满足硅酸盐类地质试样中少量及微量铌、锆、钇、锶、铷、锌、铜、镍、钴、锰、铬、钒、钛、钡等测定要求的方法。
In recent years, there are many domestic and foreign information reported in geological samples of small, trace elements X-ray fluorescence spectrometry. Based on the determination of eleven main elements in the rock, the determination of trace elements in the same molten sheet was carried out to avoid the re-preparation of the sample. In addition, the powder tablet is also used to meet the determination requirements of some small amount and trace elements when the main elements are not needed, thus reducing the cost of sample preparation. This paper focuses on the correction of spectral line interference and the correction of matrix effects that adapt to the function of PW1400 software. Two sample preparation methods are developed, which can meet the small and trace amounts of niobium, zirconium, yttrium, strontium and rubidium in silicate geological samples , Zinc, copper, nickel, cobalt, manganese, chromium, vanadium, titanium, barium and other measurement requirements.
