摘要目的评估反复给予肝脏特异性对比剂钆塞酸后,齿状核(DN)和苍白球(GP)与小脑中脚(MCP)、脑桥以及丘脑在T1WI上是否会有信号强度(SI)增加。材料与方法本研究是经机构伦理委员会批准的前瞻性横断面研究,参与者均签署知情同意书。采用1.5 T MRI连续收集病例组(91例,注射1~37剂量的钆塞酸)和对照组(52例,从未注射过钆类对比剂)的二维自旋回波T1WI影像。分别测量DN/MCP、DN-脑桥、GP-丘脑、GP-脑脊髓液的SI比,并采用非参数KruskalWallis检验、相应的配对检验和Spearman秩相关进行统计分
Abstract Objective To evaluate whether there is an increase in signal intensity (SI) on the T1WI of the dentate nucleus (DN), the globus pallidus (GP) and the midbrain of the cerebellum (MCP), the pons and the thalamus after repeated administration of hepatic specific contrast agent gadoxate . Materials and Methods The study was a prospective cross-sectional study approved by the Institutional Ethics Committee and participants signed the informed consent form. Two-dimensional spin echo T1WI images of the case group (91 cases injected with 1-37 doses of gadoxetic acid) and the control group (52 cases without the injection of gadolinium-type contrast agent) were continuously collected using 1.5 T MRI. The SI ratios of DN / MCP, DN-pons, GP-thalamus and GP-CSF were measured and statistically analyzed using the nonparametric Kruskal-Wallis test, the corresponding paired test and the Spearman rank correlation
