变化检测是检测、分析和分离对象或系统在运行过程中发生的各种变化，以及涉及变化发生的时间、地点、表现形式、作用方式、影响大小等相关问题的一门新兴学科．本文从过程变化的模型描述、检测与诊断技术及其应用开发等几个方面系统地综述了该学科最新的发展状况，探讨了在航天测控工程中潜在的应用价值和具体的实现方法．
Change detection is the detection, analysis and separation of objects or systems in the operation of the various changes that occur, as well as changes involving the time and place, form, mode of action, the impact of the size and other related issues of a new discipline. This article systematically reviews the latest developments of the discipline from the aspects of model description, detection and diagnosis techniques and application development of process change, and discusses the potential application value and specific implementation methods in space flight measurement and control engineering.
