目前分度加工传统性的方法是:将加工的零件安装在分度盘上,以操作熟练的工人长时间的调整,提高零件中心与分度盘中心的同心度。零件角度准确性要求越高,零件与分度盘的同心度要求也越高,调整时间也越长。按这种方法加工出来零件的角度误差,不同程度地不能满足技术要求,加工质量也不稳定。作者在生产实践中,经观察提出了角度分度误差数学模型,由分析和试验证明传统性的加工方法存在着原则性的缺点,并提出消除角度分度误差的“计位法”加工。
At present, the traditional method of indexing processing is: the processing of parts installed in the indexing plate to skilled workers for a long time to adjust and improve the center of the parts and indexing plate center of concentricity. The higher the accuracy of the part angle, the higher the concentricity between the part and the index plate, and the longer the adjustment time. According to this method of processing parts of the angle error, to varying degrees can not meet the technical requirements, processing quality is not stable. The author put forward the mathematic model of angular indexing error through observation in production practice. The analysis and experiment prove that the traditional processing method has some defects in principle, and put forward the processing of “counting method” to eliminate the angular indexing error.
