选用高铬刚玉耐火骨料、聚乙烯醇等为粘结剂，通过正交试验，确定了高锰钢铸件消失模水基涂料的最佳配比，并考察了涂料的多种性能．进行了生产应用。结果表明：该涂料性能优良，成本低廉，具有广泛的推广价值。
High-chrome corundum refractory aggregate and polyvinyl alcohol are selected as binders. Through orthogonal test, the best proportion of water-based coatings of high manganese steel castings is determined, and the properties of coatings are investigated. Carried out production applications. The results show that the coating has excellent performance, low cost and wide promotion value.
