执行力是时下大家谈论较多的一个话题。人们在探讨领导力、执政能力的同时,总免不了要提及执行力。那么,什么是执行力呢?比较通俗的理解是指“执行并完成任务的能力”,但专家学者们更倾向于把它解释为“执行并实现组织(企业)既定战略目标的能力”。究竟应该如何理解执行力?怎样才能全面有效地打造和提升执行力?我们不妨从下面三个不同的视角去分析和把握。
Execution is one of the most talked-about topics nowadays. People in the discussion of leadership, governing ability, always inevitable to mention the execution. So, what is executive power? More common understanding refers to “the ability to perform and accomplish tasks,” but experts and scholars tend to interpret it as “the ability to implement and achieve the organizational (business) established strategic goals.” How should we understand the execution? How can we build and improve the execution effectively and effectively? From the following three different perspectives we can analyze and grasp.
