石首河段位于长江中游下荆江进口段,由于东岳山节点的控制,河道形成急弯,平面形态非常不顺,影响泄洪及航运。以往人们对该河段的整治方案曾做了多次的研究。石首河弯左岸向家洲岸滩受到水流冲刷而逐年崩退,1994年6月向家洲洲嘴崩穿过流后,河势发生了剧烈变化,给防洪、航运及地方经济发展带来很不利的影响,各有关部门迫切要求对该河段进行整治。为此1995年3月开展了石首河段整治勘测规划,同时进行该河段整治工程方案动床模型试验研究。在多方案比较的基础上,按照因势利导的整治原则,提出了枯水期主流走新生滩右汊的整治方案。此方案基本满足防洪、航运的要求,并有利于石首港的维护和进一步的开发利用,具有较高的综合效益。
The first section of Shishou is located at the inlet of Jingjiang River at the middle reaches of the Yangtze River. To this end in March 1995 carried out stone Shishou reconnaissance survey planning, at the same time for the river regulation program of moving bed model test. On the basis of multi-program comparison, in accordance with the principle of remediation based on the prevailing circumstances, proposed a remediation plan of mainstream Xinshengtanouyi in the dry season. This scheme basically meets the requirements of flood control and shipping, and is conducive to the maintenance and further development and utilization of Shishou Port, with a high comprehensive benefit.
