本文针对国内现有飞机疲劳试验多变量加载系统加载频率较低的问题,提出一种新的协调控制方式,以满足按较高频率的正弦程序块谱进行协调加载的需要。文章首先对目前应用上较为典型的一种加载系统配置及相应的控制方式进行了分析。指出这种控制方式所依据的条件及其在加载频率方面的局限性。继而借助复数域内的线性变换,简化了系统对正弦信号的稳态响应分析,据此提出一种新的协调控制方式。按照这种控制方式,不仅可较大幅度地展宽系统加载频带,而且对系统参数的缓慢变化也具有补偿调节作用。文末给出这种控制方式的计算机模拟验证结果。计算结果表明,使用这种控制方式仅需很短的调节时间即可达到相当高的协调精度。
In this paper, aiming at the low loading frequency of multivariable loading system of aircraft fatigue test in our country, a new coordinated control mode is proposed to meet the need of coordinated loading of sinusoidal block with higher frequency. The article first analyzes the configuration of a typical loading system and the corresponding control method. Indicate the conditions on which this control is based and its limitations with respect to loading frequency. Then with the help of the linear transformation in the complex domain, the steady-state response of the system to the sinusoidal signal is simplified, and a new coordinated control mode is proposed. According to this control method, not only the system loading band can be broadened considerably, but also the compensation adjustment can be performed on the slow changes of the system parameters. The paper gives the result of computer simulation of this control method. The calculation results show that the use of this control method can achieve a very high coordination accuracy with only a short adjustment time.
