在企业建设的过程中,思想政治工作是一项不可或缺的重要内容,思想政治工作的水平不仅关系到企业的形象,同时也与企业的市场竞争力有着直接的关系。但是就目前企业的发展情况来看,思想政治工作还存在很多需要进一步完善的地方,这些不足都影响了企业的发展。本文首先对思想政治工作在供电企业中的重要性做了简单的介绍,然后分析了当前供电企业思想政治工作中存在的不足,最后重点阐述了加强思想政治工作的策略。
In the process of enterprise construction, ideological and political work is an indispensable and important part. The level of ideological and political work is not only related to the corporate image, but also directly relates to the market competitiveness of enterprises. However, judging from the current development of the enterprises, there are still many areas for ideological and political work that need to be further perfected, all of which have affected the development of enterprises. This paper first introduces the importance of ideological and political work in power supply enterprises briefly, then analyzes the existing problems in current ideological and political work of power supply enterprises, and finally elaborates the strategy of strengthening ideological and political work.
