首先，该文提出人的能力是生产活动和认识活动的力量源泉，是生产力发展的原动力。在知识经济时代，不仅要坚持“知识就是力量”的观念，而且要树立“能力才是力量”和“能力本位”的新观念，塑造“能力人”。其次，该文分析了主体能力结构，认为人的基本能力应该是智力、体力和道德力的有机统一。最后，该文分析了“道德力”在生产力发展及社会进步中的地位和作用，提出了在知识经济时代，塑造“能力人”不仅要重视人的智力、体力资源的开发、利用和培育，而且要重视人的“道德力”的开发、利用和培育。
First of all, this article proposes that human ability is the source of strength for production activities and awareness activities and the driving force for the development of productive forces. In the era of knowledge-based economy, we must not only adhere to the notion of “knowledge is power,” but also establish new concepts of “ability is strength” and “ability-basedness,” and create “capable people.” Secondly, this article analyzes the structure of the subject’s ability and believes that the basic ability of the person should be the organic unity of intelligence, physical strength and morality. Finally, this article analyzes the position and function of “moral force” in the development of productive forces and social progress, and puts forward that in the era of knowledge-based economy, shaping “capable people” should not only pay attention to the development, utilization and cultivation of human intelligence and physical resources, Moreover, we must attach importance to the development, utilization and cultivation of human “moral force.”
