Our correspondent On the afternoon of July 22, the City Postal Society held the first (enlarged) meeting of the Youth Working Committee in the conference room of Post Building 403. Members of the Fourth Youth Working Committee; national and Shanghai Demonstration Base of Philatelic Activities of Youth and Adolescents; collectors’ tutors of special schools; secretary generals of postal districts and counties, postal leaders of youth philately attended the conference.
