从8月成交数据看来,限购解禁后对楼市的整体成交有一定的提升作用,但其作用需要较长时间的释放,在短期内表现并不非常明显。8月份之所以成交量呈现大幅度上升的真实原因,从供求基本角度分析看,新增上市住宅供应量的增加是促进成交量上升的直接原因。
