目的探讨脂联素(APN)及瘦素(leptin)水平与孕妇妊娠期糖尿病(GDM)的关系及意义。方法 2009年1月至2011年6月选择在东营市第二人民医院妇产科门诊进行产前检查并分娩的孕妇102例,分为GDM组(52例)和非GDM组(50例),选择同期健康非妊娠妇女50例为正常对照组。采用ELISA法检测血清APN和Leptin水平,进行对比分析。结果①非GDM组外周血血清APN和Leptin水平与对照组相比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01);GDM患者组的外周血血清APN和Leptin水平与非GDM组比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01)。②GDM患者组外周血APN水平与Leptin水平呈显著性负相关(r=-0.691,P<0.01)。结论 GDM患者体内存在APN和Leptin的异常表达,且两者具有显著相关性。APN及Leptin参与了GDM的发生发展,此为早期干预GDM患者提供了理论依据。
Objective To investigate the relationship between the levels of adiponectin (APN) and leptin and gestational diabetes mellitus (GDM) in pregnant women. Methods From January 2009 to June 2011, 102 pregnant women of prenatal check-up and delivery in Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology, Second People’s Hospital of Dongying City were selected and divided into GDM group (n = 52) and non-GDM group (n = 50) Fifty healthy nonpregnant women of the same period were selected as normal control group. Serum APN and Leptin levels were measured by ELISA, and compared. Results ① The levels of APN and Leptin in serum of peripheral blood of non-GDM group were significantly different from those of control group (P <0.01). The levels of serum APN and Leptin in peripheral blood of GDM patients were significantly different from those of non-GDM group Significance (P <0.01). ② There was a significant negative correlation between APN level and Leptin level in peripheral blood of patients with GDM (r = -0.691, P <0.01). Conclusions Abnormal expression of APN and Leptin exists in GDM patients, and there is a significant correlation between them. APN and Leptin are involved in the development of GDM, which provides a theoretical basis for early intervention in GDM patients.
