国家工商总局局长王众孚在正在北京举行的全国工商行政管理局长座谈会上透露,为适应我国即将加入世界贸易组织的要求,工商管理机关正进一步改革企业登记管理制度,逐步统一规范外资企业、国内企业、个体私营企业的登记注册,建立统一的市场准入制度。据了解,世界贸易组织基本原则中的市场准入、公平交易、知识产权保护等内容与工商管理职能密切相关,国家工商总局正加紧清理、修订有关法律法规,以期尽快建立起与世贸组织规则相适应的市场监管法律体系。
