推广学习邯郸钢铁总厂“摸拟市场核算,实行成本否决”的管理经验以来,我们结合长钢四分厂实际,广泛宣传学习邯钢经验的目的意义,组织职工认真学习邯钢经验的内容及主要特点,逐步统一了全厂职工的思想,不断增强了全员“成本一一效益”意识。目前,“学邯钢见行动,抓成本增效益”的生产经营氛围已基本形成。四厂学邯钢经验的实践表明,在生产经营形势十分严峻的情况下,积极开展学习邯钢经验活动,抓内部成本管理,为稳定生产、稳定效益、稳定职工队伍起到了重要作用。但是,我们在座谈、讨论、调查中也发现少数一线职工仍然存在一些消极心理。因此,在新形势下,要把邯钢经验真正学到手,必须通过强有力的思想政治工作来帮助少数一线职工消除存在的消极心理。

The experiences of Handan Iron & Steel Company under the Fourth Plant Science and Technology Practice show that in the situation of very harsh production and management, the Company actively carries out learning activities of Handan Iron and Steel Group and internal cost management, playing an important role in stabilizing the production, stabilizing the benefits and stabilizing the workforce. However, we also found in informal discussions, discussions and surveys that there are still some negative psychology among a few front-line staff. Therefore, in the new situation, if we really learn from Handan Iron and Steel’s experience, we must help a handful of front-line workers to eliminate their negative mentality through strong ideological and political work.
