党的十四届五中全会指出,实现国民经济和社会发展的“九五”计划及跨世纪奋斗目标,关键在于实行经济体制和经济增长方式的转变。这两个转变是具有全局意义的根本性转变,对“九五”期间的思想政治工作提出了新的要求。因此,我们研究“九五”期间的思想政治工作思路,必须从分析两个根本性转变带来的思想矛盾入手。
The Fifth Plenary Session of the 14th Central Committee of the Party pointed out: The key point of implementing the “Ninth Five-year Plan” for realizing national economy and social development and the goal of cross-century struggle lies in the transformation of the economic system and the mode of economic growth. These two changes are fundamental changes with global significance and have set new demands on the ideological and political work during the Ninth Five-year Plan period. Therefore, when we study the ideological and political work train of thought during the Ninth Five-Year Plan, we must start with the analysis of the ideological contradictions brought about by the two fundamental changes.
