木文为证实在体外培养条件下内皮素对幼鼠子宫内膜血管收缩效应以及Captopril抑制内皮素的作用,并且与临床相关药剂加以比较。实验分六组,分别加:内皮素-1、前列腺素F2α、Captopril、消炎痛以及内皮素加Captopril至培液中。对照组只加佐剂。培养的组织块经制片和超薄切片、染色,在光镜与电镜下观察。同时进行图象分析测定内膜血管的直径和管腔面积以显示血管的收缩状态。结果显示培养4h内皮素收缩血管效应明显,前列腺素与其相似。Captopril有抑制内皮素缩血管效应。培养8h缩血管效应减弱,培养24h其效应基本消失。
In order to confirm the effect of endothelin on the endometrial vasoconstriction in vitro and the effect of captopril on endothelin in vitro, we compared it with clinically relevant agents. The experiment was divided into six groups, respectively: endothelin-1, prostaglandin F2α, captopril, indomethacin and endothelin plus Captopril into the culture fluid. Control group only adjuvant. The cultured tissue pieces were sliced and sliced, stained and observed under light and electron microscopes. Simultaneous image analysis was performed to determine the diameter of the endothelium and lumen area to show the vasoconstriction state. The results showed that 4h endothelin significantly vasoconstrictor effect, prostaglandin and its similar. Captopril inhibits endothelin vasoconstriction. After 8 hours of culture, the vasoconstrictive effect was weakened and the effect disappeared after culturing for 24h.
