本文对头孢孟多(CMD,第二代头孢菌素)和头孢噻肟(CTX,第三代头孢菌素)在胆道外科治疗中预防效果进行了统计学比较和客观评价.接受择期胆道手术的108名患者被随机分为两组.54名应用CMD,另外54名接受CTX治疗.二组均在麻醉诱导期后1小时和3小时,分三次分别静注此两种药物,每次1克.术中取胆囊壁和胆汁进行需氧和厌氧菌培养.第二次给药后分别取胆囊壁、胆汁、
In this paper, the preventive effect of cefmetazepam (CMD, second-generation cephalosporins) and cefotaxime (CTX, third-generation cephalosporins) in the treatment of biliary tract surgery were statistically compared and objective evaluation of patients undergoing elective biliary surgery 108 patients were randomly divided into two groups, 54 were CMD, and another 54 were treated with CTX.The two groups were intravenous injection of two drugs at 1 hour and 3 hours after the induction period of anesthesia .Operation of gallbladder wall and bile for aerobic and anaerobic culture.The second administration were taken after gallbladder wall, bile,
