目的 研究内毒素对大鼠血压的影响 ,寻求妊娠高血压综合征动物模型的合适用药。方法 在大鼠妊娠的第 14天 ,沿尾静脉分别注入内毒素 (每公斤体重 1.0 μg) 13例 ,注入生理盐水 (每公斤体重 1m L) 7例 ,测量其血压。结果 内毒素注射组孕鼠血压升高较生理盐水组有明显差异 (P<0 .0 5 )。结论 内毒素对孕鼠血压有明显影响 ,对制造妊娠高血压综合征动物模型有意义。
Objective To study the effect of endotoxin on blood pressure in rats and to seek suitable medication for the animal model of pregnancy induced hypertension. Methods Thirteen cases of endotoxin (1.0 μg / kg body weight) were injected along the tail vein on the 14th day of gestation. The rats were injected with saline (1 ml / kg body weight) in 7 cases and the blood pressure was measured. Results Compared with saline group, the blood pressure of pregnant rats injected with endotoxin was significantly different (P <0.05). Conclusion Endotoxin has significant effect on blood pressure in pregnant rats and is of significance in animal models of pregnancy induced hypertension.
