目的 :总结残胃贲门癌及食管癌外科治疗方法及疗效。方法 :回顾性分析经手术治疗的 5例残胃贲门癌、3例残胃食管中下段癌的临床资料。施行全胃切除食管空肠Roux Y吻合 5例 ,食管残胃主动脉弓上吻合 3例。结果 :8例均顺利康复 ,生活质量满意。结论 :残胃贲门癌外科治疗可行全胃切除加食管空肠Roux Y吻合 ;残胃食管癌可以选择食管残胃主动脉弓上吻合
Objectives: To summarize the surgical treatment and efficacy of residual gastric cardia cancer and esophageal cancer. Methods : Retrospective analysis of the clinical data of 5 cases of residual gastro-cardiac cancer and 3 cases of residual esophageal esophageal cancer. All cases underwent total gastrectomy with Roux Y anastomosis in 5 cases, and aortic arch of the esophagus remained in 3 cases. Results: All 8 cases recovered smoothly and their quality of life was satisfactory. Conclusion : Surgical treatment of gastric and cardiac cancer can be performed with total gastrectomy plus Roux Y anastomosis of the esophagus and jejunum; residual gastroesophageal carcinoma can be selected for anastomosis of the esophagogastric aorta
