目的 :观察中药复方制剂活血通脉片对实验性心肌缺血犬的血液流变性和对SD大鼠实验性高脂血症的影响。方法 :结扎冠状动脉 ,造成犬急性心肌缺血 (“血瘀证”)动物模型 ,经十二指肠灌入受试药物 ,从犬心大静脉留取血样 ,动态观察实验性心肌缺血犬的血液流变性指标 ;连续喂高脂饲料 2周 ,复制SD大鼠高脂血症模型 ,灌胃给予受试药物 ,于第 15d测定实验性SD大鼠血脂指标。结果 :活血通脉片能降低实验性心肌缺血犬的全血高切、低切粘度和血浆粘度 ,加快红细胞电泳时间 ,与对照组比较有显著差异 (P <0 .0 1) ;能降低实验性大鼠血清TC及LDL C水平 (P<0 .0 1)。结论 :活血通脉片能改善急性心肌缺血犬的血液流变性和实验性高脂血症大鼠的血脂。
Objective : To observe the effect of Huoxuetongmai Tablet, a traditional Chinese medicine preparation, on hemorheology of experimental myocardial ischemic dogs and its effect on experimental hyperlipidemia in SD rats. METHODS: The coronary artery was ligated and the animal model of acute myocardial ischemia (“blood stasis syndrome”) was induced in dogs. The drug was injected through the duodenum and a blood sample was taken from the canine great vein to observe the experimental myocardial ischemia dog dynamically. The blood rheological parameters of the rats were continuously fed with high-fat diet for 2 weeks. The hyperlipidemia model of SD rats was duplicated, and the test drugs were administered by gavage. The blood lipid parameters of experimental SD rats were measured on the 15th day. RESULTS: Huoxuetongmai Tablet could reduce the whole blood high-cutting, low-cutting viscosity and plasma viscosity of experimental myocardial ischemic dogs, accelerated the electrophoresis time of red blood cells, and had significant difference compared with the control group (P < 0.01). Experimental rat serum TC and LDL C levels (P < 0.01). Conclusion: Huoxue Tongmai tablet can improve the blood rheology of dogs with acute myocardial ischemia and the blood lipids of experimental hyperlipidemic rats.
