本文报告4例ABO血型不合骨髓移植,2例为ABO血型主要不合,2例为ABO血型次要不合。ABO血型主要不合移植前用羟乙基淀粉自然沉淀去除供者骨髓血中红细胞,2例患者的有核细胞回收率分别为44.89％及65.79％。ABO血型次要不合移植前去除供者骨髓血浆。4例患者骨髓均植活,移植后患者一直未发生溶血反应的临床和实验室证据。
This article reports 4 cases of ABO incompatible bone marrow transplantation, 2 cases of ABO blood group major incompatibility, 2 cases of minor ABO blood group incompatibility. ABO blood types were not predisposed to natural precipitation of hematocytes in donor bone marrow with hydroxyethyl starch before transplantation. The recovery rates of nucleated cells in two patients were 44.89% and 65.79%, respectively. ABO blood types were not matched before transplantation to remove donor bone marrow plasma. All 4 patients underwent bone marrow transplantation, and clinical and laboratory evidence of no hemolytic reaction persisted after transplantation.
