第一条为了规范职业健康检查工作,加强对职业健康检查机构的管理,根据《中华人民共和国职业病防治法》、卫生部《职业健康监护管理办法》,制定本办法。第二条凡在我省范围内从事职业健康检查的机构,必须取得省卫生行政部门颁发的《职业健康检查机构资质证书》,并按照资质证书规定的项目和内容,从事职业健康检查工作。职业健康检查包括上岗前、在岗期间、离岗时和应急的健康检查。
Article 1 These Measures are formulated in order to standardize occupational health examination work and strengthen the management of occupational health examination institutions, and in accordance with the Law of the People’s Republic of China on Occupational Disease Prevention and Control and the Measures for the Administration of Occupational Health Monitoring of the Ministry of Health. Article 2 Any institution engaged in occupational health examination within the scope of our province must obtain the Certificate of Occupational Health Examination Institution Qualification Certificate issued by the provincial health administrative department and conduct occupational health examination in accordance with the items and contents stipulated in the qualification certificate. Occupational health checks include pre-job, in-service, leaving the post and emergency health checks.
