应用电子显微镜研究38名歼击机飞行员飞行前后血小板形态及聚集堆改变。心电图异常组8名,平均年龄36岁,心电图正常对照组30名,平均年龄31岁。计算圆型、树型、过渡型、展平型及聚集堆血小板百分数。飞行前两组间各型血小板及聚集堆并无有意义的差别(P>0.05)。飞行后两组聚集堆血小板立即增加很多(P<0.01),但心电图异常组较对照组增加更多(P<0.01)。两组的其它5种型血小板飞行后并无有意义的改变(P>0.05)。
Electron microscopy was used to study the changes of platelet morphology and aggregation in 38 fighter pilots before and after flight. ECG abnormalities group of 8, average age 36 years old, normal control group of 30 electrocardiogram, with an average age of 31 years. Calculate the percentage of round, tree, transitional, flattened and aggregated platelets. There were no significant differences between the two groups before the flight of platelets and aggregates (P> 0.05). Immediately after the flight, platelet aggregation in both groups increased immediately (P <0.01), but the abnormal electrocardiogram group increased more than the control group (P <0.01). There was no significant change after the other five types of platelets were flown in both groups (P> 0.05).
