研究了T10钢渗钒后不同预处理对最终热处理的组织和性能的影响。结果表明,渗后空冷,未能消除渗钒对基体组织造成的损害,最终热处理后,材料性能明显低于常规处理件,渗后空冷(或油冷),经低温正火或快速球化退火预处理,消除了渗钒对基体组织造成的损害。最终热处理后,渗钒件的强度与常规处理件基本相近,a_K值提高56~72%,基体K_(IC)提高23~27%。
The effect of different pretreatments on the microstructure and properties of the final heat treatment after the vanadizing of T10 steel was investigated. The results show that the seepage air cooling can not eliminate the damage caused by the infiltration of vanadium on the matrix structure. After the final heat treatment, the material properties are obviously lower than those of the conventional treatment, air-cooling (or oil-cooling) after the infiltration, low-temperature normalizing or rapid spheroidizing annealing Pre-treatment, eliminating the infiltration of vanadium matrix damage caused by the organization. After the final heat treatment, the strength of the infiltrated vanadium parts was almost the same as that of the conventional treated parts. The value of a_K increased 56-72% and the K_ (IC) of the substrate increased by 23-27%.
