随着各行各业对高素质高技能人才需求的不断提升,如何最大化提高人才培养质量,提高学生的综合素质和就业竞争力,已经成为当前高职教育的重中之重。面对高职院校产学研合作中存在的政策环境不健全、协同创新动力后劲不足等问题,应认清高职产学研协同未来创新方向,推动协同环境优化,构建合作办学机制,推动高职产学研协同创新发展。
With all walks of life on the continuous improvement of the demand for high-quality high-skilled personnel, how to maximize the quality of personnel training, improve the overall quality of students and employment competitiveness, has become the top priority of vocational education.
