各级党组织是贯彻党的理论、路线和方针政策的组织者、推动者、实践者。建设马克思主义学习型政党,基础在各级党组织,建设学习型党组织是建设马克思主义学习型政党的基础工程。我们要按照以学习为组织建设的重要特征、以学习为组织活动的重要内容、以学习为提高组织战斗力的重要途径的要求,创造性应用学习型组织理论,广泛深入地开展学习型党组织创建活动。
Party organizations at all levels are the organizers, promoters and practitioners of the party’s theories, lines and guidelines and policies. The construction of a Marxist study-oriented political party based on Party organizations at all levels and the construction of study-oriented party organizations are the basic works for building a Marxist study-oriented political party. According to the important characteristic of learning as organizational construction, we should study as an important part of organizing activities and learn the requirements of an important way to improve organizational combat effectiveness. We should creatively apply the theory of learning organization and conduct extensive and in-depth study of the creation of learning-oriented party organizations .
