人们在交际中,除了用有声语言(听、说、读、写)来交流思想、传递感情外,还可用无声语言。无声语言就是指言语交际中伴随话语并用以加强话语表现力或具有某种信号、符号等意义的人体语言,指的是一个特殊的传递信息和思想感情的体系,它主要借助于人体各个部位(手势、表情、姿态、面部表情、暗示等)与话语相联系的动作和姿态来完成,也叫身势语。在言语交际中,它不仅仅起辅助话语的作用,还可以传情达意,甚至取代话语,成为独立的交际单位。
