J_(IO)值是断裂力学的一个重要参数。在常温条件下该值的测定已经有不少标准实验方法,但在高温条件下,此值的测定尚属初步探讨。石油工业许多重要机器设备处于高温工作条件,因此,研究高温条件下这一断裂力学参数的测定方法,对于石油设备的材料选择与设计有其重要价值。 用Sharpe的激光干涉测量法,测量紧凑拉伸试件受载时近裂尖处的位移。根据Rice的公式计算J积分,最后提出裂纹尖端由小塑性区(弹性为主)变为大塑性区(塑性为主)之间的界限,可作为裂纹开始扩展的标志。
J_ (IO) value is an important parameter of fracture mechanics. There are many standard experimental methods for the determination of this value at room temperature, but the determination of this value is still a preliminary study under high temperature conditions. Many important oil and gas machinery and equipment in the high temperature working conditions, therefore, to study the determination of the fracture mechanics parameters under high temperature conditions for the oil equipment, material selection and design of great value. Sharpe’s laser interferometry was used to measure the displacement of the cracked specimen near the crack tip during loading. According to the formula of Rice, the J integral is calculated. Finally, the boundary between the crack tip and the plastic zone (mainly plastic) is proposed, which can be used as a mark of crack initiation.
