In this paper, the temperature-dependent Raman spectra of D and L-alanine at different polarization states were measured. We found that the unpolarized Raman spectra of the 1-alanine enantiomer are extremely similar. 2 focuses on the Dalanine Raman spectrum with temperature characteristics. 3 By means of Raman spectroscopy, we did not find the secondary phase transition from D-Alanine to alanine predicted by A Salam at around 250K.
